Garmin introduced its richly featured Forerunner 645 in January 2018. A few months later, an update added compatibility with Spotify music. This was to the delight of runners everywhere. Many of us use music as a way to focus or break up the monotony of a long slow run.<\/p>\n
This watch has applications besides run tracking, of course. You can pay for purchases with it, so you don’t have to carry a card or cash during your outings. A wrist sensor tracks and crunches heart rate data<\/a> as long as you wear the watch. GPS capability gets you where you need to go, and helps you find the way back.
