The Total Gym Fit<\/a> is the latest incarnation of the Total Gym concept, hitting the market in 2017. As with all of its predecessors, this is a gravity based system which uses a slant board to provide graduated resistance. With the Total Gym Fit, you get 12 resistance settings and the capability of doing 85 different exercises.<\/p>\n

On the Total Gym Fit<\/strong> you can perform all of the big lifts from the gym such as the bench press, squats and pull ups. All of this is accomplished in amore joint friendly manner than if you were using free weights (barbells and dumbells).<\/p>\n
